My plan for the month of April between the Oakland Running Festival 5K and the Children’s Hospital 5K on May 1st is to run three times a week (a bit reminiscent of how I trained last year using the Couch to 5K program) – twice during the week (2 miles each) and then run a 5K every weekend.

So far I’m on track with this goal, and I’m hoping it will result in a bit of a faster time at the Children’s Hospital race (and also that I’ll be building towards a 5K feeling really easy).
